“How To” Workout Tutorial Videos

Global Fitness launched their new “How To” Tutorial Series last week on YouTube. These instructional, training videos are a true inspiration for athletes of all levels. Whether you just started a new workout program, set a goal to lose weight, or you simply need some fitness workout tips, the new Global Fitness Tutorial Videos will inspire you to go hit the gym!

The “How To” Series is made up of 3 Instructional Videos for the following categories:
  1. Treadmills
  2. Cross-Trainers
  3. Strength Machines

The first “How To” Video, “Treadmill Interval Training: 5 Steps to Fat Loss”, was launched on Sunday, October 3 and has almost 200 hits on YouTube already. This video was well edited and carefully explains the most effective treadmill workouts, focusing on fat loss and safety. Not only will you learn proper technique, but this video offers fitness workout tips by top experts in the field.


The Treadmill video was filmed at the Core Fitness workout facility in Hermosa Beach, CA and features top athletes: Lauren Kern and Aaron Ribant. Lauren Kern is a Sports & Conditioning Specialist, as well as a Figure Competitor with NPC. Aaron Ribant is a Personal Trainer certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Both are in extremely great shape and have lots of fitness advice to share.
